As part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Lincoln Hotel Casablanca, our team is currently leading the OS&E scope in support of the rebirth of one of the city’s most emblematic heritage landmarks. The mission involves the coordination and deployment of operational equipment across the hotel, in close collaboration with the executive teams and wider hotel operations.
The scope covers the end-to-end OS&E process, from sourcing and procurement coordination to operational planning and on-site implementation, with a strong focus on functionality, aesthetic positioning and operator standards.
Developed within ambitious timelines, the project reflects a detail-oriented and collaborative approach toward the future opening of the Lincoln as a renewed hospitality destination in Casablanca.
