Within the AUDA 19 development, Peter & Brown is supporting MAFDEL Group’s FF&E and OS&E procurement for the Radisson hospitality complex, through a long-term advisory and execution framework.
Slated for completion in 2028, the development is a mixed-use hospitality complex comprising a 5-star Radisson Blu, a 4-star Radisson RED, an upscale aparthotel.
The scope covers the coordination and management of procurement-related workflows, supporting the structuring and implementation of operational processes from sourcing through to delivery, as well as the oversight of key operational interfaces and alignment with project requirements and standards. This assignment is carried out in close collaboration with Radisson Design team, designers, consultants, and execution teams, ensuring consistency between design intent, operational needs, and overall project execution.
