Six months prior to opening, the full OS&E scope required a comprehensive intervention to secure the hotel’s transition toward operational readiness. Our team managed the end-to-end process, from sourcing to on-site deployment across the entire operational equipment perimeter, in close coordination with the Executive Chef and F&B teams as well as the wider hotel operations.
The mission ensured alignment between functionality, durability, aesthetic positioning, and operator standards, enabling the property to achieve full OS&E implementation within constrained timelines while supporting a seamless launch of hotel operations.
