Peter & Brown acted as FF&E and OS&E procurement agent, managing the full purchasing process, including the targeted refurbishment of selected existing items and the preservation of the original design intent. The assignment involved multi-country coordination across Italy, Lebanon, and Morocco, covering sampling, prototyping, approval workflows, and production follow-up.
The OS&E specifications were developed in close collaboration with operational teams, supported by structured sourcing strategies, detailed cost estimation, and comprehensive order management. Strict monitoring and quality control procedures were implemented to ensure the accurate, controlled, and high-standard execution of every project component.
