We oversaw and coordinated the sourcing, production monitoring, and turnkey delivery of the FF&E packages through to final on-site installation, as part of the renovation of 112 guest rooms, 24 suites, and 4 signature villas.
The project highlighted strong local expertise through close collaboration with workshops in Sidi Ghanem and other national production centers, reflecting the quality of Moroccan craftsmanship and the precision of detailing.
The renovation was conducted within a fully operational hotel, which maintained a high occupancy level throughout the works. Each phase was executed without operational disruption, supported by rigorous planning and close coordination to ensure a controlled and seamless transformation, restoring the elegance and functionality of every space.
